When signing for the course in the beginning of the semester, I looked at effective Leadership as a mere invention attributed to Leaders, Political figures, CEOs or military ranked. However, we presently understood in this course that on numerous occasions, maven would complete the separate, by setting goals and objectives and on the other stead by executing them effectively. Therefore, everyone at any level could be in the seat of a leader depending on the situatio n and the environment and in some cases must act as a leader when it is required.
